Quality Control

The essence of precision parts manufacturing. Phillips' Inspection Room is equipped with the latest and best measuring and testing machines. We maintain our own fully staffed Tool Room to provide us with the best tools, dies and fixtures. Our production is thus completely independent of outside disruptions. In addition to rigid quality control, we maintain a raw material stock inventory of over 250,000 lbs. at all times, in diameters and materials to meet customer requirements.
